Who is responsible
This website is operated by Paulo Rosa and João Fonseca under the name Naumastor. They are jointly responsible for the data collected here. For any question about your data, write to geral@naumastor.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company if you give it, your email address and your message. The form also records the moment it was opened, to tell people apart from automated submissions. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send, and the steps taken at your request before any contract.
Where it goes
Your message is delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. It is stored in that mailbox and nowhere else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your enquiry.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is useful, and at most twelve months after our last exchange. Ask us to delete it earlier and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to geral@naumastor.com and we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
